Our Team

I’m a physical therapist licensed in Brazil, with more than 20 years of experience working with movement and Pilates. Over the years, my curiosity has continued to lead me toward new ways of moving, slowing down, and caring for the body.

I have a special love for Yin and restorative practices—the kind of movement that gives us permission to soften, breathe, and simply be. I also love music that touches the soul and believe deeply in the power of community and genuine connection.

My teaching is warm, intuitive, and grounded in the belief that movement doesn’t always have to be about doing more. Sometimes, what we need most is a little space to pause, reconnect, and come back to ourselves.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll most likely find me by the beach, playing or cuddling with my dog, listening to music, or simply enjoying time with my family.
